After careful consideration, I will be updating my massage therapy treatment rates effective September 1, 2025.

This is only the third price adjustment in 18 years of practice. I’ve done my best to keep treatments accessible while absorbing rising costs over the years. In order to continue providing the highest standard of care you expect, and to remain in line with increasing operational costs, industry standard rates, and pricing among local RMTs, an adjustment is now necessary.

New Rates (HST included): 30 minutes - $75, 45 minutes - $95, 60 minutes - $115, 90 minutes - $160.
